HYDRO AND GAS TEST FACILITY

• Emmet has dedicated pressure test bay located in the facility which has capacity to do hydro testing at maximum of 50,000 PSI
• The pressure test bay has HD camera systems to monitor the equipment under testing.
• The bay is isolated from the workers and other staffs during the test with all necessary safety systems in place.
• Gauges used for monitoring are calibrated as per API 6 A requirements.
• A gas testing unit for PSL 3G Gas test which can pressurize gas (N2) to 2500 bar is used for the test.
• The items are immersed in Water tanks during the test to monitor gas leakage.
