EMMET Machining & Maintenance Company L.L.C. has been functioning in Musaffah need change to ICAD-3, Abu Dhabi since 2005 ,delivering Quality products & services to the Oil & gas Industry. The company has an integrated QHSE management system that has been certified for -API Q1, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2015 To: API Q1, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.EMMET has exclusive API monogram licenses under API-6A, 5CT and 7-1 specs.
We have large workshop area fully equipped with a wide range of machineries from manual & semi-automatic lathe units to milling ,injecting, drilling & lapping machines. In –house pressure testing ,sandblasting & painting facilities staffed with skilled personnel’s enable us to undertake a wide variety of work scope, fulfilling all customer needs.
We have recently procured a HI-TECH 550 BBLMC HEAVY DUTY SLANT BED CNC with Fanuc -Control system which ensures very high precision along with best lead times for batch production.

Our History
Emmet Co. was founded in 2005 by Mr. & Mrs. K. G. Vijayan in Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi. With a career beginning in 1973, Mr. K. G. Vijayan brings over 40 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and certification of wellhead equipment and downhole tools within the oil & gas sector.
From the outset, Emmet Co. has been driven by a commitment to quality and innovation. The company places strong emphasis on research and development, quality certification, and employee training.
In 2013, Emmet Co. expanded from its original 700 sq. meter facility to a custom-built, fully equipped 2,100 sq. meter facility, supporting its growing operations. Continuing its upward trajectory, the company relocated in 2025 to a new, state-of-the-art 8,124 sq. meter facility, introducing new work scopes and capabilities to meet evolving industry demands.
